East London
CCTV for Canary Wharf offices, serviced premises and residential apartments.
About this area
Canary Wharf is dominated by large managed buildings, which means most security work is tied to building management rules. We can support tenants, small offices and residents who need CCTV within those constraints, but we will be clear about what needs landlord or estate consent.
Popular services
Your property
Offices and apartments here are typically in large, centrally managed buildings or estates. Smaller occupiers may need CCTV inside their own demise, for example at a reception door, server room, stockroom or private entrance, rather than in common areas.
Inside a leased office, camera positions often focus on the entrance, reception, any secure storage and server or comms space. Residents of apartments are generally limited to their own door area and should be aware of building rules before installing anything.
Worth knowing
Large managed buildings typically control cable routes, ceiling access and contractor approval. Estate-wide systems may already exist, so we would check whether integration or separate recording is more appropriate. We cannot promise access that the building manager has not granted.
How it works
The equipment and layout depend on your property. We supply Hikvision products among our equipment and confirm exact models in the quotation. We serve Canary Wharf from across London and do not operate a local office there.
